Availability

We will endeavour to offer you the room as booked on your booking confirmation occasionally it maybe necessary to offer you an alternative room of similar description and standard or better than your booking confirmation.This will be at no additional cost to the guest.

Prices and Payment

Prices quoted at the time of booking are correct only for the specific number of guests, dates, nights and rooms shown on your booking confirmation.Any additional costs require to be added to the room price.St. Ebba breakfast is included with the room rate unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Payment is usually charged on day of check-in to the payment card provided at time of booking.Online bookings usually charge a deposit on day of booking.Booking agents other than ourselves may charge the full amount at a different time. The total amount payable to confirm your booking is quoted on your booking confirmation.If your payment method is declined we may automatically cancel your booking.If you wish to pay cash for your stay you will still require to provide a payment card at time of booking.
At the end of your stay any remaining outstanding balance must be paid in full.if you leave the premises without settling your bill we reserve the right to charge your payment method offered at time of booking.

Liability

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you during your stay.This includes any damage to our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and you agree to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to our staff or to other guests on our premises.

Cancellation policy

Bookings maybe cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check in.Any deposits paid will be refunded.Bookings cancelled within the 48 hours will incur a cancellation charge of the 1st nights stay.THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS.

In the event of Late cancellation and failure to check in 'no show' you will be charged the 1st nights accommodation.

Health and Cross-Infection Awareness

All rooms are cleaned to our usual high standard and in conjunction with Scottish Government and local tourist guidelines. Public areas are maintain on a daily basis to the same level of care.
Hand sanitiser is available in public areas and masks are available on request.
